Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:
- We offer a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Cancellation Policy:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled as it may have already been processed and shipped.
- To cancel your order, please contact us with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the damage and provide you with options for a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
